Start at the neck: Roll downward from the jawline to the collarbone. This opens up the main lymphatic pathways to drain fluid away from the face.

Move to the jaw and cheeks: Switch to rolling upward and outward from the center of your chin toward your earlobes. Repeat each stroke 3 to 5 times. Do not roll back and forth; pick up the tool and reset.
