To contract with www.unerba.com you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. www.unerba.com reserves the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email and confirm the identity of the party with whom you have contracted.
By placing an order, you offer to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the price of the order. Shipping times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund.

(b) Payment
Your card will be charged upon receipt of authorization. Funds received when loading your card will be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the products have been dispatched and a confirmation email has been sent to you, the deposited funds will be used to pay for the goods you have purchased as indicated in the confirmation email.

All sales are final, unless your order is missing, damaged or tampered. At our discretion, we will gladly refund/exchange within 30 days of product delivery, excluding original shipping fees.
